Our journey is defined by a continuous commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence. Since our founding in 1992, we have been dedicated to developing solutions that meet the needs of various markets. Our history reflects our passion for creating exceptional products.
Joelini was founded on December 1, 1992, by Rene and Glória, initially as a small tooling workshop dedicated to the production of molds and stamps for various markets. Over time, the company expanded its activities and began outsourcing the production of plastic and metal products.
In 1996, our founder Rene attended his first MOVELPAR, where he connected with a major company in the furniture industry. From this partnership, we developed our first furniture product: a plastic pant rack.
We participated in our first trade show, FIQ in Arapongas, marking an important milestone in our journey. This experience allowed us to showcase our products to the furniture market and open new business opportunities, strengthening our presence in the industry.
New products and new partnerships. Since 200, we wave expanded our range with the development of innovative solutions that have gradually been consolidated into new product lines, including plastic furniture legs and feet, assembly devices, supports and fixing elements.
After the first half of the company’s history, it was a challenging period where the main difficulty was finding the right market and solving the right problems. The first product opened doors to understanding the market and identifying new needs.
Development of the first sliding system models, driving the growth of this product line through the ability to create new solutions and applications for different types of furniture.
In 2015, an INMETRO decision banned the production of cribs with movable sides, directly impacting our line of crib rail regulators, which represented a significant share of our sales. In 2016, we sold the plastic products and technical parts division to a market player and shifted our focus exclusively to sliding systems. This allowed us to develop new products and expand our presence in the market.
In 2019, the company started selling directly to the carpentry segment, although this was not its initial intention, since its know-how was geared towards serving the industry. The retail sector brought new complexities and demands, going beyond merely producing high-quality products. It also required work at the point of sale, technical consulting, training, after-sales support, sell-out strategies, and other challenges.
In 2022, we made a strong presence at several major industry trade shows, such as FIMMA, ForMóbile, Interzum, and Tecnomueble. These participations were essential to strengthening our brand, showcasing new solutions to the market, and building closer relationships with partners and customers, further solidifying our position as a leader in the furniture industry.
In 2024, JOELINI products are present in major resellers and furniture manufacturers, reaching over 1,200 points of sale across Brazil. With a production of more than 500,000 kits per month, the company has a team of 150 employees operating in an 8,500m² manufacturing facility. Additionally, we achieved second place in the Top Móbile Award. This achievement reflects the effort, dedication, and passion of our entire team. Every customer, partner, and employee is an essential part of our successful journey.
In 1997, we established a connection with the furniture market, where our drive for innovation found fertile ground. With our accumulated experience, we recognized the opportunity to stand out in the field of sliding systems, also known as sliding door systems. In 2009, we began our journey in this segment with the vision of creating products that revolutionize the way doors slide and enhance the functionality of furniture.
We are recognized for offering functional products that combine cutting-edge technology, innovation, and excellent cost-effectiveness. Our line of sliding systems is the result of years of dedication and refinement, creating essential solutions for furniture projects with a significant impact on both functionality and design.
In 2019, we took a significant step forward by beginning collaborations with woodworking shops for the resale of our products. This partnership allowed our innovation and quality to be integrated into custom furniture projects, expanding our vision to an increasing number of homes and commercial spaces.
Since 2008, we have invested in a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) team to achieve our goals. This talented team enables us to create products that not only meet but often exceed market expectations. We believe that innovation is essential for developing products that positively impact our customers’ lives.
Our goal is to maintain leadership in innovation and quality in the sliding systems market. We are committed to offering products that simplify and enhance people’s lives, making spaces more functional and pleasant. We are excited to face future challenges and expand our market presence while keeping our passion for innovation alive.
